Online Exchanges/Returns

For purchases made on-line, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 30 days of the date of delivery providing the item is returned to our warehouse in a new, unused and resalable condition, including any packaging & attached tags. Please note that exchanges may require an additional payment to cover the cost of shipping back out to you. If the new product is less expensive, we will automatically apply the credit to the shipping cost.

  • The customer may be responsible for covering the cost of returning the products to our warehouse.  
  • All returns must be accompanied by our 'Returns/Exchange' form (link below)

There are a number of ways to return items back to us and we recommend the following options:

Royal Mail UK Returns (Up to 2kg) FREE

You can return smaller items for free through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations. Follow the link below and fill out the information, paying close attention to the package dimension restrictions (61cm length x 46cm width x 46cm depth). Then either print out the label or simply create a QR code to be scanned in branch.

 

 

Another Trusted Courier (Over 2kg)

We recommend using a reputable, recorded delivery service for the return of products to ensure that their return can be tracked, such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or Hermes. Unfortunately we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please package the product(s) carefully and send to this address:

Items Returned in Used Condition

All items returned into our warehouse are inspected by our warehouse team and if deemed to not be in the required condition, the return or exchange will be refused. We also cannot accept any returns/exchanges from any team shops as these are all custom made to order. If this occurs, we will notify you and may request an additional payment to cover the shipping costs back out to you.

Faulty items

Please make sure to check your items when received before use. Any product sold by Baseball Outlet found to have a defect is subject to a repair, replacement or refund policy in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. If there are issues with a product, please contact us straight away with the order number, date it was placed, along with images clearly showing the issue and we will advise on how to proceed.

Any product returned due to a defect will be examined by staff upon receipt of the product. The repaired product or a replacement will be shipped in a timely fashion pending stock availability. Should a replacement product be unavailable a similar product shall be substituted as an alternative with the customers agreement. Baseball Outlet reserves the right to return the product to the customer (at the customers expense) if no defect is found.

This does not affect the customers statutory rights.
