Returns are permitted up to 28 days after the date of delivery if products are returned to Baseball Outlet in a new, unused and resalable condition. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the products to Baseball Outlet. Baseball Outlet recommend using a recorded delivery service for return of products to ensure that they are returned in a satisfactory condition. All returns must be accompanied by our 'Returns/Exchange' form. This does not affect the customers statutory rights.

Please note that for exchanges an additional payment may be required to cover the shipping costs from EP Sports to the customer if this has not already been covered by the returned items.
